PRESENTATION PRICES FOR 2011/2012 SCHOOL YEAR

1st program each day    $320

Travel fee for each day are added to above prices. See the Zip Code Chart or call office for amounts. The above prices already reflect a 10% discount if payment on/before date of presentation of program. When payment is made later than completion of program, it will be for the non-discounted price which is 10% higher.  Purchase orders are not considered payment for invoices.

Each program is 2½ hours in length. Each program is limited to 36 students. A brief "intermission" is included. It is possible to have two programs on same day by adjusting lunch schedule for p.m. group. You may "mix and match" programs and have two different programs on same day, if necessary.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 60 days prior to scheduled presentations.  If cancellations or changes are made less than 60 days prior to scheduled presentations, you will be responsible for the full amount of invoice.

By scheduling your program for a date in October, November, or December, you will save $25 on each program. Fall dates are a great way to introduce the Social Studies material and to motivate students early!
