MAKING A RESERVATION
Step 1: Locate your Reservation Form. On April 15th, reservation forms are mailed to all contact persons and office managers of our current customers. You can also download a reservation form from our website.
Step 2: Choose Your Dates. Act fast for the best dates! Carefully check your school calendar to choose the best dates. Consider conflicts such as minimum days, vacations, state testing, conferences. When making reservations from April 15-May 15th, please write your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice dates and return the form. If making your reservations after May 15th, please call the office for the remainder of the available dates. To secure those dates, a reservation form must be received.
Step 3: Complete your Reservation Form: Fill in all necessary fields on both pages of the form. Carefully review the “Conditions” and sign the form at the bottom.
Step 4: Make a Copy of your Form for your Records: And, if you are using the downloaded PFD of your form, save a copy of the form to your computer.
Step 5: Submit your Reservation Form: For paper reservation forms, you can fax or mail the form. Don't forget to fax the back side. We suggest that you call to check that we received your form. You can also mail the reservation form, but faxing the form will allow for a quicker transit time. Step 6: Notification of Dates: From April 15 - May 15th: You will be notified within 3 days if the dates you requested are not available. If your dates are available, a confirmation email will be sent within 2 weeks. After May 15th, please call the office for the remainder of available dates.
Step 7: Write your dates on your school’s master calendar and notify all staff members involved. At this time, please double-check for any conflicts and notify the office as soon as possible if a conflict is found.
Step 8: Receive your Booklets and confirm your Reservation: In September, teacher booklets and confirmations will be sent to for all pre-ordered Walk Through. Open the packet immediately and check for accuracy of dates/contents. To complete your reservation, please complete the Confirmation/Work Order with all necessary information.
Notes: You may cancel or change dates up to 60 days prior to scheduled presentations. If cancellations or changes are made less than 60 days prior to scheduled presentations, you will be responsible for the full amount of invoice along with any other applicable charges.
Each Walk Through is 2 ½ hours long and can be presented for up to 36 students per class. We can perform up to 2 programs on a regular schedule day. Typical minimum days can accommodate 1 presentation.
