CHANGE A RESERVATION

Thank you for requesting to change your Walk Through presentations. Please complete the form below to expedite the change process. To ensure accuracy in scheduling and invoicing, a change cannot be completed without completing a Change Request.

Cancellations/Change Policy: Per company policy, cancellations/changes must be made at least 60 days prior to your reservation date. If changes are made after this date, you will be responsible for payment of the invoice. Please call the office if you are requesting a change/cancellation after the 60 day window.

Changing/Adding Dates: It is best to contact our office directly to discuss scheduling options in this situation. Our calendars fill quickly and dates may not be available near your currently scheduled presentation dates. After discussing options, you will be given an authorization code over the phone, which you can enter below.

*Note: We adhere to a first come, first serve policy. This applies to changes as well. Please complete this form as soon as possible after requesting a change, as other schools have access to the same dates. Dates cannot be ‘held’ and a change form must be completed for you to reserve your newly requested dates.
