We are now taking reservations for the Walk Through Presentations for the 2008/2009 school year! To make your reservation you will need to download and print the Reservation Form by using the link below. You may also download and print the Ordering Instructions that includes the zip chart and travel fees.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download and print the forms. If you do not have this program installed on your computer, you may go to the Adobe website and download the program for free by clicking the link below.
Once you have downloaded and printed the Reservation Form, fill in all requested information on both pages of the form. Once you have completed the form, call our offices at 714-247-2250 to speak to a representative about available dates. Once dates are given to you, write them on the form in the upper right hand corner, sign the form and FAX it to our offices as soon as possible. Dates are not held without a Reservation Form. Our FAX number is 714-247-2254. A confirmation of your reserved dates will be sent by mail within two weeks of your order. (Reservation Forms were available to download on this site beginning April 15th. Reservation Forms were mailed to current customers on April 15th.)
Invoices and Confirmation/Work Order Forms will be sent out the first week of September 2008. Teacher Preparation Booklets will be shipped via UPS the first week of September 2008 for Fall and early Spring bookings and January 2009 for Spring bookings and will arrive well in advance of your scheduled presentations.
