34 issues that feature:

Maps – Climate, Indian groups, counties, cities and exploration! Many of these maps are included in the "fold out" issues and help enhance the geography learnings throughout the study!

Biographies – Men and women whose adventures gave life to the epic of the state. Activities help students perceive the hardships and values of trailblazers, missionaries, miners, farmers, and the businessmen of early and modern California!

All 34 issues, including special fold out map issues, and included in this kit is the Teacher’s Guide with instructions on how to use and apply each issue along with other valuable resources that will help strengthen social study teaching skills.

Copy Agreement - $30.00

Allows up to 35 copies of each issue for

1 full school year

Written permission that will allow you to reproduce up to 35 copies of each issue for the period of one academic year. This will enable you to copy any or certain issues for your students at your convenience. You must first purchase the California Weekly Explorer Kit in order to use the Copy Agreement. Issues #1, #7, #31, #32 & #33 are special "fold out" map issues that can be difficult to copy because of their size and manner. These issues are available for individual purchase at only $1.75 a copy. You may purchase up to 35 copies of each of these issues when purchasing the resource kit.
